1. How do I use Bukguide?
- If you are a guide, you can upload your information as much as you can via link, it will be easier
for
tourism companies and tour operators to know your experiences if it is good enough to handle their
groups.

2. How can I update or correct my information after I submitted the form.
- You can update or correct your information by sending email to booking@bukguide.com and mention
your TG
code which we sent you in first email. The TG code is started by "TG-123456".
3. Why do I need to provide my bank account details in the tour guide form?
- Once you take the work from Bukguide.com, we will send all your details to company including your
bank
account. Because the payment will be paid directly from company to guide.
4. Can I share the tour guide list link to operators or tourism companies?
- Sure, you can. Feel free for that. We appreciate for your sharing.
5. Bukguide can provide VAT invoice?
- Bukguide is a non-profit organization to connect tour guides and tourism companies, we don't
provide VAT
invoice. But if tourism companies request, we also can provide VAT invoice with 5% VAT and 5%
service
charge.
6. It is safe for tour guides to take the work orders from Bukguide.com?
- It is safe, before we take the work order from tourism companies. We verified SOME of these
information:
company profile / rate for tour guide / working hours / TIP / iternary / payment deadline / group
confirmation. It saves time for tour guides.
7. It is safe for tourism companies or tourists to order guides on Bukguide.com
- Yes, it is safe. You have many choices in choosing the guide which suitable with your group. And
all
information is clear enough before booking the guide.
8. How do bukguide.com take the work orders from tourists and send to guides?
- Companies or who needs guides, please send the email to booking@bukguide.com or WhatsApp to
hotline
+971563096965 for your inquiries:
- Which language speaking guide?
- Rate for full day, half day, pick up and drop off at the airport
- TIP and extra hours
- Booking dates.
- Iternary (if available)
- Payment deadline
- Company profile (address/phone/representative)
- Group confirmation (if available)
After all these steps, if the work orders meet our policies about working hours, rate, extra
hours... We
will public in the group for all tour guides.
If a tour guide confirm to take the work order. We will send full details of that guide to the
tourism
company in the guide booking confirmation including all terms and conditions we informed.
A WhatsApp group will be opened to connect tour guide and the tourism company which confirmed.
After the work is done by guide, the tour guide will send the guide invoice to tourism company
within 1-2
days.
After receiving the guide invoice, the tourism company will process for the payment within 1 to 7
days
depend on the deal.
After receiving the payment, the tour guide drop an email to booking@bukguide.com to inform DONE the
booking
with the booking number "BUKGUIDE #123456".
9. Why do I need to choose Bukguide.com to work with?
- Benefit for tour guide, there is a contract in confirmation which will protect the tour guide in
case the
tourist company didn't pay on time.
- Benefit for the tourism company, there is a contract in confirmation which avoid the tour guide
cancel the
booking at last minutes.
10. What if the tour guide or tourist company cancel the booking at last minutes?
- If the tour guide cancel the booking after booking confirmed in 3 times. The name of tour guides
will be
removed out of the tour guide list and no longer taking works from Bukguide.com.
- Same with tourism company, we don't take work orders from these companies anymore. No rights for
them to
get tour guides in this group.
11. What if the tourism companies offer low rate?
- We don't take works which didn't meet our policies for rate and working time. All low rate jobs
will be
rejected.
12. If tourism companies can get any support from tour guides on rate?
- Yes, but ONLY with companies have just opened less than 1 year, guides do support if the company
request
for a discount. Guides have right to give discount or not. But need to deal clearly before taking
the work.
And it is private between company and guide, not related to bukguide.com
13. Bukguide.com has website?
- Right now we don't have a website. But we will process for a professional website in the future
for all of
us. Bukguide.com now is operated only by email booking@bukguide.com and hotline +971 56 309 6965.
